Job Location: Milpitas/Great Oaks, CA
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Candidate Preference: Female preferred for Diversity
Expected Characteristics:
- Able to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Flexible, responsible and able to multitask efficiently in a fast pace and high intensity environment
Some detailed activities:
- Meeting scheduling (new/update/cancel)
- Maintain meeting agendas (incl. coordination with host/presenters)
- Document meeting minutes
- Capture, document and drive action items to closure
- Elaborate and document PMO processes
- Others program related activities inherent to PMO responsibilities
Technical skills Proficiency:
