Facilitate the inflow of projects and IT service requests, including alignment with business and IT priorities and resource, to drive the on-going demand review process.

Proven delivery excellence ideally using Agile, driving SLA', KPI's, Quality Metrics

Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams

Responsible for managing a team of engineers with various enterprise applications

Hands on experience in handling support teams, quality metrics creation and SLA management

Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholder

Ability to manage risk, and encourage strategic risk management based delivery in others to manage expectations and communicate effectively

Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries

Understanding the pipeline of demand and work with the Resource Planners to ensure an appropriate supply of resources

Design & follow appropriate governance model/ plan for SLA compliance

Expert Knowledge of ITIL disciplines

Hands on Resource planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivation and able to take responsibility
