What You'll Help Accomplish- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee field payroll, fixed assets and corporate insurance administration
- Drive invoicing, collections, job cost analysis and quarter-end close
- Partner with operational leaders to support business performance
- Help steward the financial health of a 100+ year-old company
- At least 5-7 years of accounting experience
- Construction accounting experience preferred
- Experience with payroll, job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Strong Excel skills
- CPA preferred
- High integrity, strong judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset
