Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (Long Term Care) — Local travel assignment. This is a travel - temporary assignment for an LPN working in a long-term care setting. Start date: 08/03/2026. Duration: 15 weeks. Weekly pay: $837–$903 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Shift pattern: 3x12-hour shifts. Location: local to the assignment area; local-only requirement. ASAP starts.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses, including documentation of effects and adverse reactions
- Perform routine and complex nursing assessments; contribute to care plans and update as conditions change
- Assist residents with activities of daily living; promote safety, comfort, and dignity
- Facilitate wound care, basic clinical procedures, specimen collection, and routine monitoring as assigned
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services, communicate changes, and ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico or a valid multi-state license
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program; current CPR/BLS certification
- Long-term care experience preferred; ability to work 3x12-hour shifts
- Local travel assignment eligibility; ability to start ASAP
- Ability to pass standard onboarding requirements (background check and, if required, drug screen)
