Registered Nurse - Telemetry

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a progressive care unit. The position involves caring for adult patients, managing telemetry monitoring and cardiac medications. The nurse will be required to float within their scope to meet facility needs. Ratios for patient care will be 1:5-6 during the night shifts. Weekend requirements include working two shifts every other weekend, which may be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Candidates should have experience with patient ratio management and charting systems. We welcome first-time travelers for this position. All clinical staff must adhere to facility protocols regarding patient care. Initial compliance deadlines must be met to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Travelers are expected to fulfill the terms of their agreement in full. Be prepared for a dynamic environment that may involve varying patient diagnoses and the use of special equipment. The focus will be on providing high-quality care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Scheduled Hours: 36

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required.

License: Current nursing license required.

Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS required.

Must-Have: Skills in interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, management of dysrhythmias, peripheral line care/management, telemetry.
