Work Location: San Bruno, CA – Hybrid

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Project Overview

The Content & Media Operations team is a cross-functional internal content production group responsible for creating both internal and external help and support materials. This includes written articles and visual content integrated across digital platforms to assist users, resolve issues, and simplify complex topics.

As an Editorial & Content Communications Associate , you will oversee the development of written help and support content from initial concept through final delivery. This includes drafting, editing, managing timelines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong writing and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage written educational and support content.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment with appropriate presentation formats, styles, and design standards.
• Write clear and user-focused help and support articles for digital products and services.
• Manage the full lifecycle of content projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop and track project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, legal) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors, creators) to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure all content meets established quality standards, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
