Supporting school administrators, the full-time Georgia Licensed High School Registrar will manage enrollment and withdrawal processes, maintain student records, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintains and organizes school records, ensuring compliance with state Department of Education requirements Processes requests for student records from external agencies and conducts regular file reviews for accuracy Communicates with parents and school personnel while upholding confidentiality and compliance with FERPA Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to pass required background check Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures Proficiency in using web-based database programs for educational information management
