CNC Machinist St. Louis, MO Full-time, on-site Hourly/Non‑exempt Description Kemco Aerospace is a manufacturing organization working closely with large aircraft and weapon systems OEMs, such as Boeing Defense, RTX/Collins Aerospace, Bell, Northrop Grumman and several others to deliver complex design‑to‑build and build‑to‑print assemblies. Kemco Aerospace provides these assemblies in support of in‑service platforms, such as: H-47, V-22, F-35, F-15, F-16, F-18, KC-135, E-2, and weapon systems such as Harpoon and SLAM-ER. Kemco Aerospace is part of the Crestview Aerospace family which is comprised of two manufacturing sites, with operations in St. Louis, Missouri and Crestview, FL, and employs approximately 350 professionals. Kemco is seeking highly skilled team members to support the manufacturing operations. Our facility is open 7 days a week and utilizes 4 shifts to maximize production across the full week. Shift Details Shift premiums are offered on 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts. Seeking applicants for ALL shifts.

1. st shift – Monday‑Friday 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
2. nd shift – Monday‑Friday 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and pays 10% shift premium
3. rd shift – Monday‑Thursday 10 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. (4 ten‑hour shifts) and pays 15% premium over base rate for this shift
4. th shift – Saturday Sunday 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and one 8‑hour shift during week (total 32 hours/week) and pays 25% over base rate.

Please note that the following duties and requirements described herein are intended to represent general contents of this job: Qualifications Experience in aerospace manufacturing setting up and operating CNC machining 3/4/5 axis mills is preferred Trade or technical school degree or equivalent experience preferred Must be able to read and understand blueprints and written directives Experience inspecting/auditing machine setups and inspection reports Experience inspecting work produced, including 1st‑piece inspection, using micrometers, bore gauges, calipers Must be able to work safely following all rules and requirements Willingness to continuously improve quality and productivity Willingness to work in a fast‑paced work environment Positive team‑oriented attitude with consistent attendance and punctuality Benefits This is your opportunity to join a fast‑growing organization that has been in the aerospace industry for over 50 years.
