Site Coordinator: Youth Programs Leader (Flexible Schedule)

A community organization for youth in Mission Viejo is seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, focus on youth development, manage staff, and ensure a safe environment for children. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience with children and a Bachelor's degree preferably.
