BIM Specialist Structured Cable (Data Center)

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of BIM drafting or design experience in one or more of the following:
  • Low Voltage
  • Structured Cabling
  • Security Systems
  • Information Technology
  • Instrumentation & Controls
  • Electronics
• Associates degree or technical education in Electronics Information Technology Engineering Technology or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Bluebeam Revu
  • Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of:
  • IP networking
  • Low-voltage electronics
  • Power and communications systems
• Ability to produce accurate organized and visually appealing construction drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn new technologies and industry best practices.

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

• Access Control Systems
• IP or Analog CCTV
• Intrusion Detection Systems
• Client-Server Security Platforms
• Microsoft SQL
• Servers and Storage Arrays
• Microsoft Visio
• Construction field experience
• Experience working with BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
