Associate System Technician

HUB MSO - Plant Floor Support
Role: Associate System Technician
MSO (manufacturing support operator)

Must be located at the client site in Redford MI. Works directly with clients on the manufacturing plant floor in support of DD engine production. Works to insure that client computer and control systems are operational during production. Works to fix issues immediately. Strong follow-up and communication skills are required. This resource will be the first line of contact for manufacturing application support.


The resource must be either a US Citizen or have a Green Card

This resource will be the first line of contact for manufacturing application support.


Responsibilities include:


* Work Directly with Clients on Plant Floor
* Ability to perform Overtime and Weekend Work
* Shift Work Required; training will occur during days/afternoons, but the primary shift will be afternoons and midnights
* Supports client manufacturing production


Days; 6/7 am-2/3 pm
Afts; 2/3 pm-10/11 pm
Mids; 10/11 pm-6/7 am

Skills Requested:


Understanding of basic networking skills.
Understanding of pc, printer, and handheld scanning devices and how to set them up.
Good follow-up and communication skills.
Understands how to use MS office products
Troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work with other team members
Handles pressure well
