Senior Customer Success Manager

A strong candidate has about six or more years in SaaS client services, is comfortable running several projects at once, and can talk with both day to day project leads and senior sponsors. Experience with tools like ChurnZero and Salesforce, plus some comfort supporting renewals and expansion conversations, rounds out the picture. How it fits the AI era AI tools can now draft business review decks, summarize usage data and flag accounts that may be slipping, which frees up time for deeper customer conversations.
