Team Leader

Chick‑fil‑A Austell is looking for a team member to serve guests, handle food service, and lead a team. The position focuses on customer service, restaurant operations, and leadership development. Requirements Hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills. Reliable transportation with a current driver's license. Authorized to work in the United States. At least 18 years old. High School diploma or equivalent. Available to work any time, including Saturdays, with the possibility of scheduling special requests. Preferred: at least one year of previous restaurant management or leadership experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts with an immediate and respectful response to all guest needs. Deliver meals to guests at their table or a designated pick‑up area and provide excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and play area. Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed throughout the shift. Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving guests while maintaining operating standards, providing the best hospitality and guest experience. Make deliveries. Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures, creating a positive work environment for everyone. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
