Benefits Specialist
AtriCure
Benefits Analyst supports administration and delivery of employee benefits programs at a medical device company. The role manages benefits operations, vendor relationships, compliance, employee inquiries, and data analytics to ensure accurate and efficient program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness, and retirement benefits
- Respond to employee benefits inquiries and resolve eligibility and claims issues
- Maintain benefits data integrity in HRIS systems and coordinate with payroll on deductions
- Coordinate annual open enrollment including system configuration and employee communications
- Serve as liaison between employees, insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators
Requirements
- Experience administering employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems
- Knowledge of benefits compliance regulations and leave administration
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Ability to communicate complex benefits information clearly to employees
