Job Summary

Southern Classic Roofing is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses protect their properties with high-quality roofing solutions. This role involves generating leads, conducting roof inspections, building relationships with customers, presenting roofing options, and guiding clients through the insurance claims and sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and community outreach.
• Perform roof inspections to identify storm damage and roofing needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing products, services, and insurance claim processes.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Represent Southern Classic Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or outside sales is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders (training provided).
• Ability to learn roofing systems and insurance restoration processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential (plus bonuses, if applicable).
