• We convert operational insight and data into clear, testable requirements and prioritized backlog items.
• We make authoritative decisions on scope, requirements, assumptions, and delivery tradeoffs to maximize outcomes.
• We define workflows, controls, and audit-ready traceability expectations within delivered solutions.
• We partner with technology and governance stakeholders to align intent, constraints, and the delivery approach.
• We drive end-to-end integration thinking across platforms, vendors, and operational handoffs.
• We own backlog refinement and readiness to support releasable increments and predictable delivery.
• We establish and monitor product metrics tied to quality, cycle time, and exception reduction.
• We lead continuous improvement by reviewing performance, root causes, and control effectiveness.
