We are looking to hire a K-12 Project Manager with experience building schools and successfully working w/ various school districts in DFW. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field 2+ years of relevant experience in K-12 school construction Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen Managed all subcontractors on a single project. Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings. OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPR Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus. Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documents Strong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to quality High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customer Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines Ability to provide leadership field personal and subcontractors Ability to manage owner expectations Get the opportunity to work for an organization with a 30-year history of success.
