Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Fort Worth, TX)

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for long-term care in Fort Worth, TX to drive product adoption and commercial execution across assigned territories. The role requires building relationships with healthcare providers and facility staff while serving as a disease state and product expert.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and utilization in long-term care facilities
- Call on and build relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators
- Execute marketing and commercial strategies at territory level
- Develop account plans and assess local market landscape and key stakeholders
- Provide account management support and maintain business knowledge of facility needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales or account management
- Knowledge of long-term care facilities and healthcare ecosystem
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to engage customers both virtually and in-person
- Understanding of disease states relevant to CNS conditions
- Territory management and sales performance track record
