We are currently on the lookout for Bus Drivers to join our elite team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.


$4,000 Sign-On Bonus - Offer valid through 6/30/2026


Driver Position - In-Person Interviews:

• Colorado Commercial Driver's License or permit with airbrake & passenger endorsement or permit if available
• 10 years complete work history

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

• Starting pay: $28.02 with progression to $34.29 over 8 years.

Application Deadline: 06/30/2026- or until the position is filled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating your route safely and on schedule
• Providing friendly, professional customer service to passengers
• Conducting vehicle inspections to ensure safety and comfort
• Being a reliable trusted face in the community
• Working collaboratively with dispatchers and fellow drivers
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class B license or permit with passenger and airbrake endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Availability to work, day, evening, weekend, holidays and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:


The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
