This onsite, contract role for the 2026-2027 school year offers a fulfilling opportunity to support students’ communication skills and contribute to their educational journey.

Candidates with a strong background in school-based SLP services are highly encouraged to apply. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support staff to deliver quality speech and language interventions and assessments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students at varying developmental levels
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted intervention programs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary problem-solving
• Maintain accurate records and meet all required timelines for documentation
