Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor for Northeast Ground Operations. This role involves supervising and streamlining day-to-day operations at various Northeast airport stations. The successful candidate will oversee concierge and ramp operations, scheduling, training, safety compliance, facility readiness, inventory management, vendor coordination, client experience standards, and provide operational support across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concierge and ramp operations to ensure efficient service.
• Manage scheduling and monitor performance of team members.
• Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to maintain seamless operations.
• Ensure facilities are ready and operational at all times.
• Uphold safety and service standards consistently.
• Support training initiatives and conduct audits to ensure compliance.

Work Environment

This position is based in an airport operations environment. It requires prolonged standing outdoors, frequent walking, and luggage handling. Candidates should be prepared for exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and sun, as well as aircraft fumes and exhaust. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rye Brook, NY.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
