Senior Manager, Global Payroll & HR Shared Services

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager to lead global payroll operations and HR shared services delivery across multiple regions. The role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while driving process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance
- Oversee global HR shared services delivery, establishing service standards and leveraging automation tools
- Develop and execute improvement roadmaps for payroll and shared services transformation initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop payroll and shared services team members
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Technology, and external vendors on operations and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 8-10+ years payroll, HR operations, or shared services experience
- 5+ years leading and managing people
- Experience managing global payroll across multiple countries and vendors
- Experience leading HR shared services or employee service delivery operations
- Knowledge of payroll compliance, controls, audits, and process governance
- Proven success leading operational improvement and transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations
Compensation: $125,350.00 - $172,500.00 USD base salary
