As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to support our customers with a wide variety of banking related services. Responsibilities Respond to customer telephone and e‑mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions. Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries. Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business. Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives. Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers. Education High School Required. Experience Less than 2 years in Customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, or telemarketing/sales required.
