Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate attorney to join its Commercial Contracts, Global Franchise & Supply Chain practice group in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves handling domestic and international franchising and distribution matters, including structuring franchise and supply chain programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving disputes. Duties Assist in structuring franchise programs and drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs). Conduct research and consult on franchise, supply, and distribution contracts. Handle franchise registration processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Resolve franchise, supply, and distribution relationship disputes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law and global supply chain contracting. Experience in a law firm or similar environment. Superior writing, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Interest in growing and supporting a national practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice. Skills Excellent academic credentials.
