Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Per Diem) - Join Our Team in Coral Springs, Florida!
At Behavioral Intervention for Autism, we're dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our Per Diem team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:
Assessing clients and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
Supervising and training behavior analysts and assistants to ensure high-quality therapy services
Providing parent training and education to empower families to support their child's development
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans for clients
Maintaining accurate records and data to track client progress
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train behavior analysts and assistants
Provide parent training and education
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate records and data
Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities
