Printer Technician (Print Support Specialist)

Job Summary Driving: This position requires driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/supplies delivery. Interview Type: Virtual at first, then in-person for final candidate determination. You will be responsible for checking ServiceNow tickets and answering phone calls to respond to service requests and printer supply deliveries on a day‑to‑day basis. Looking for someone who has worked with printers previously and possesses some network/IT knowledge. This position involves working with Ricoh printers, moving desktop printers, delivering toner and other consumable parts throughout an entire hospital system, including remote clinics. Lots of walking required; lifting up to 50 lbs. Required to drive a personal vehicle to remote locations. Parking is free. Key Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred. IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support). Technical training & certifications: client certifications. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills. Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong technical knowledge of network and site‑specific printers, and company products. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Requires internal contact within department and with other corporate personnel, and external contact with customers, agencies, vendors, etc. Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems. Modest physical effort is required: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts).
