General Dentist – Charlotte, NC
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and comprehensive General Dentist to lead our established Charlotte practice as the solo provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, values serving the community, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a high-demand, Medicaid-focused office. Why Join Us? Doctor-owned and doctor-led organization What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages
Perform exams, restorative procedures, extractions, crowns, dentures, and other bread-and-butter dentistry
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health
Collaborate with a dedicated clinical and administrative team to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active North Carolina dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
Current BLS certification
Experience with Medicaid or community-focused dentistry is a plus
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered philosophy
