Deliver high-quality, detailed care in all procedures, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety. Collaborate with the doctor, dental assistants, and patient care coordinator to ensure seamless practice flow. Help manage patient scheduling and follow-up to keep hygiene appointments booked and patients satisfied. Foster a positive, friendly, and supportive practice culture, ensuring patient retention and satisfaction. Qualifications: Licensure: Valid North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Previous experience in a fast-paced dental office preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients Team-oriented and proactive, with a passion for patient care Why Join Us?
