Embroidery Machine Operator
$17 - $20 per hourNew York Embroidery Studio
Embroidery Machine Operators are responsible for producing high-quality embroidery work with precision and consistency. This role involves operating industrial embroidery machines, maintaining setup accuracy, and ensuring all designs meet studio standards Operate and monitor embroidery machines to complete production orders according to specifications. Thread, hoop, and stabilize materials properly for various fabrics and techniques. Ensure consistent stitch quality, color accuracy, and tension balance. Inspect finished products for quality control and consistency. Report any technical or material issues to the Embroidery Manager. Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready workstation. Requirements Strong attention to detail and accurate color vision. Ability to follow design and placement instructions carefully. Sense of urgency and commitment to craftsmanship. Basic embroidery experience preferred; training available for strong candidates. Must speak English or Spanish.
