What We Offer For This Role:

• Develop and optimize AI solutions centered around Large Language Models, notably hosted via AWS Bedrock / Gemini
• Participate in the creation, training, and fine-tuning of language models (via PyTorch or TensorFlow), with a focus on Embedding and RAG to improve the relevance and contextualization of responses.
• Implement mechanisms of Agentic Orchestration (e.g., LangChain Agents, equivalent frameworks) to enable the LLM to make decisions and accomplish complex tasks autonomously.
• Implement and deploy data and text processing pipelines (pre-processing, cleaning, vectorization, etc.) using Python.
• Design and maintain APIs (REST or GraphQL) for inference and the provision of models in production.
• Work closely with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to deploy solutions on the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), optimizing the use of resources (GPU, TPU) and ensuring scalability.
• Ensure continuous technological vigilance and propose constant improvements (optimization of architecture, choice of frameworks, MLOps best practices).

Profile We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in Python development (minimum 3 years), with good knowledge of standards and best practices (tests, refactoring…).
• Ideally, you have a solid background in Machine Learning / Deep Learning, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Mastery of at least one Deep Learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and deep understanding of the functioning of transformers (Hugging Face, etc.).
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, MLflow or DVC).
• Specific knowledge in RAG (Retriever-augmented Generation), embedding techniques (e.g., FAISS, Milvus) and Agentic Orchestration (LangChain, Llamaindex, AI SDK or equivalents).
• Experience with managed AI services (AWS Bedrock / Gemini / Azure…).

And above all... the ability to work in a team on complex projects, and to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary profiles (Data Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, etc.).
