Commercial HVAC Service Technician 

J.F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. of Newark, DE is looking to hire a full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technician to maintain and service HVAC commercial systems. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning heating and cooling systems. Recommend services, service contracts and equipment units in commercial buildings such as businesses, schools, churches, and multi-family units, as well as help train HVAC helpers. The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will earn up to $55/hr. for an excellent, well experience and senior level technician . QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• 5+ years of experience servicing commercial units
• Completion of state apprenticeship program OR equivalent work experience
• Must own personal tools
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
