Commercial HVAC Service Technician-Level 3+$25-$50+/hourPosition Summary:Air Force One is looking for an experienced Commercial Service Technician with 3+ years of experience. The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentApprenticeship and/or formal training in HVAC preferred3+ years of commercial HVAC experienceUniversal EPA Certification requiredOSHA certificationValid driver's license and clean driving recordClean background checkRequired Responsibilities:Provide maximum customer service and professional communication to all associates and customers.Effectively communicate with clients and team members.Working knowledge of temperature/pressure chart.Read thermometers and gauges, records readings.Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital signals.Other duties as assigned.Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on the following types of HVAC systems:Exhaust FansCirculating PumpsUnit HeatersVAV BoxesSplit Systems 1 thru 5 Ton 1 PHPackage Units 1 thru 5 Ton 1 PHSystems with scroll and sealed hermetic compressorsSingle phase & three phase motorsHeating systems with atmospheric burners and induced draft motorsAll residential type furnacesMedium temperature refrigeration systemsCooling towersDirect and indirect fired makeup air unitsBuilt -up Air HandlersVariable frequency drivesDuctless split systemsPreferred Responsibilities:Low Temperature Refrigeration SystemsBoiler Systems-Low Pressure Hydronic & SteamBoiler Systems with Power BurnersAir Cooled ChillerRotary-Screw CompressorsPneumatics Air Compressors and SystemsAir Force One has been named Top Workplace by Columbus CEO Magazine for the 4th year in a row in 2024!!
