We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong expertise in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues

·         Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance

·         Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

·         Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations

·         Mentor junior technicians as needed

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 7+ years of HVAC experience (commercial/industrial preferred)

·         Strong working knowledge of boilers, chillers, and cooling towers

·         EPA certification required; additional certifications a plus

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·         Valid driver’s license
