Senior Credit Analyst
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a community bank in Wisconsin in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial credit opportunities, including financial statements, cash flow, and risk factors.
- Prepare clear, concise credit memos with well-supported recommendations.
- Partner with lenders to structure deals and assess risk.
- Monitor existing credits and identify potential concerns or opportunities.
- Support the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio.
- Coach, mentor, and help train junior Credit Analysts.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and credit standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience.
- Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex credit structures and risk profiles.
- Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
