Field Marketing Director

Own, execute, and optimize all event and field marketing efforts across 360 Privacy's go-to-market strategy Manage end-to-end execution of major industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking engagements, webinars, and field events Handle logistics, registration, booth management, collateral coordination, and vendor relations Lead pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event touchpoints are on-brand, on-message, and on-strategy Identify and evaluate event and partnership opportunities aligned with the Ideal Client Profile and strategy Build and maintain the annual events calendar, budgets, deadlines, and team alignment Work with Sales and BD to generate leads, meetings, and networking opportunities Develop ROI, lead quality, and pipeline-impact measurement frameworks Provide weekly and monthly reporting Design standardized processes, workflows, and playbooks for 80+ events per year Establish vendor selection criteria, approval workflows, and budget governance Partner with Brand and Product Marketing on event promotions, speaking abstracts, and social amplification Coordinate with Sales and CX on pre-event outreach, live engagement, and post-event nurture plans Support Partner Marketing through co-branded activations and association events Ensure consistent reporting and tracking in HubSpot Requirements 5-10 years of experience in Field Marketing or Events Experience managing vendor partners, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology Proven ability to run multiple events simultaneously Track record of building and scaling event operations from the ground up Experience creating processes, tooling, and team structures for a high-volume 80+ events/year program Strong project management skills with attention to detail and creativity Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities within events Comfortable traveling up to 55% for key events, activations, and in-person team meetings Familiarity with HubSpot preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing end-to-end event marketing strategies, including logistics, vendor relations, and performance measurement.
