Forward Deployed Analyst

What you’ll do Own critical customer problems (such as complex labor/payroll integrations) from diagnosis through resolution, not just the analysis Build real relationships with customer stakeholders, from operators on the ground to executives Turn chaos into plans: clear workstreams, owners, dates, and a straight answer on what we’re not doing yet Manage internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and ops to get customer issues actually fixed Keep everything moving. When commitments are made, you make sure they’re kept Travel to customer sites on occasion, because some problems only make sense in person Location This is an onsite role based in our San Francisco office. If you’re not in the Bay Area but willing to move, we’re open to relocation. Who you’re 3‑4 years in consulting, or a similar role where you managed demanding clients and messy problems at the same time Comfortable in ambiguity: you can walk into a situation with incomplete information and leave with a plan. You thrive in environments where you have to operate with organized chaos.
