Forward Deployed Engineer

A leader in the B2B procurement space that partners with enterprise brands to help streamline and unify workflow orchestration with the end goal of providing live intelligence and visibility across all sourcing and procurement efforts is actively seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer. The role focuses on scaling the platform, assisting customers to maximize the product, planning, building, and optimizing systems for enterprise clients, developing best‑practice documentation with clients, and ultimately driving new solution offerings. Required Skills & Experience 4‑5 years of customer‑facing or customer‑management experience Experience with B2B SaaS Sense of urgency supporting customers Track record working with JavaScript or TypeScript Desired Skills & Experience Comfortably managing multiple workflows Communication across stakeholders in product and engineering spaces Effective collaboration Daily Responsibilities Conduct customer discoveries and develop implementation strategies based on gathered requirements, working with Product and Engineering to set plans and timelines aligned with customer outcomes. Leverage technical background to overcome complexities and design highly customized solutions leveraging all aspects of the platform. Proctor delivery of high‑quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks, and collaborating cross‑functionally to find resolutions.
