You will be responsible for gate traffic. This role could handle various clerical functions.Duties and Responsibilities:Answering phone calls and directing calls accordinglyMaintain spreadsheets (EXCEL)Must function and interact daily with plant/transportation personnel and comply with all safety requirementsOther duties as assigned.Production/Grade portal entriesLight office cleaning – keeping workspaces within the office presentableProvide clerical supportMaintain spreadsheetsRequired Skills/Abilities:Bilingual English/Spanish; PreferredProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS OutlookCommunicate effectively, both written and verbally.Provide outstanding customer service, in person and on the phoneKnowledge of operating standard office equipmentAbility to prioritize responsibilitiesProblem solving skillsAttention to detailEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GED, required.18 years or olderStrong willingness to work hard, reliable, attentive and attention to detail.EEO Statement:Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
