Marketing Operations Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operational needs of the marketing organization, ensuring products, inventory, shipments, samples, and vendor processes are managed efficiently. This role is critical in keeping marketing programs running smoothly behind the scenes. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Consumer Marketing RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Management Maintain and organize marketing inventory across office, storage, and event locations Track product inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs Manage product organization, storage systems, and inventory audits Ensure marketing assets and products are accessible and accurately accounted for Shipping & Logistics Coordinate product shipments for partners, events, and internal stakeholders Manage event pack-outs and fulfillment needs for activations and experiences Track outgoing shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues Coordinate logistics with internal teams, vendors, and fulfillment partners Invoicing & Procurement Process and track invoices across marketing vendors and partners Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices Submit purchase requests and manage product ordering processes Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and expenses Sampling Operations Manage product sampling programs from planning through fulfillment Coordinate sample inventory allocation across campaigns and initiation Track sampling quantities, timelines, and delivery statues Support reporting and operational execution of sampling programs Marketing Operations Assist with event logistics and operational planning Maintain vendor and partner contact databases Support process documentation and operational best practices Provide general administrative and operational support across the marketing team Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Creative, innovative, and positive personality that is always thinking outside of the box Experience with community management, customer service and social engagement is a plus Pulse on all things Gen-Z and is well-versed on the latest trends and platforms Entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” attitudes PHYSICAL DEMANDS 1–3 years of operations, logistics, marketing, or administrative experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management Experience with inventory management, shipping logistics, or procurement processes is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rare Beauty
