Job Details Job Location: Sheridan Community Hospital – Sheridan, MI 48884 Salary: Starting at $38 per hour Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; possible weekend coverage as needed. Position Summary We are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings. This role offers a diverse caseload and strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings. Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions. Educate patients and families and support discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy team. Document care accurately and timely. Qualifications Current Michigan Physical Therapist license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. CPR certification or ability to obtain. Strong communication and patient‑centered care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. One year of experience in short‑term rehab and/or outpatient therapy desired. Positive attitude and willingness to help other departments.
