This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities Providing direct patient care, adhering to department-specific protocols, and maintaining necessary certifications. Qualifications Minimum of one year nursing experience; specialized credentials such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate, APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card, ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable. Skills Ability to work under stress, minimal supervision, and demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication. Additional requirements include obtaining certifications within specified timeframes if coming from different clinical backgrounds and completing department-specific training prior to full responsibilities.
