RN - Specialty II

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care within specialized settings Ensuring compliance with department-specific credentials Administering chemotherapy and biotherapy, requiring ONCC and APHON certifications Maintaining advanced life support certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable Completing specialized certifications like fetal monitoring for L&D and NICU Participating in RN fellowship programs, requiring one year of independent practice Obtaining necessary certifications within designated timeframes for newly licensed RNs Qualifications & Skills Minimum of one year nursing experience Relevant certifications based on specialty area Ability to work effectively under stress and minimal supervision Critical thinking and effective communication skills Commitment to delivering patient- and family-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services
