Position Summary

We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for opportunities in the Indianapolis, IN area. Positions may support warehouse, material handling, shipping and receiving, picking and packing, production, or basic assembly operations depending on the assignment.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and able to follow work instructions while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Opportunities may be available for both entry-level candidates and experienced warehouse or manufacturing workers.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Move, stage, load, and unload materials and products throughout the warehouse or production area.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment while verifying quantities and product information.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, assist with inventory organization, and complete basic shipping and receiving documentation.
• Assemble products or components using work instructions and basic hand or power tools as required.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, forklifts, or basic production equipment after appropriate training and authorization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Qualifications  

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, material handling, assembly, or similar experience is preferred but not always required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and learn new processes and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic ability to read, count, and understand work instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a physically active warehouse or production environment.

Preferred Experience

• Forklift or material-handling equipment experience
• RF scanner, picking, or packing experience
• Shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
• Production or manufacturing experience
• Basic assembly or mechanical experience
• Experience using hand or power tools
• Experience working with production, quality, or work instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, kneel, and lift.
• Ability to repeatedly handle materials and products.
• Ability to lift and move items based on the requirements of the specific assignment.
• Ability to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, or hearing protection.
• Physical requirements and lifting expectations may vary by position.

Schedule & Compensation  

• 1st and 2nd with overtime available based on assignment and business needs.
• $18.00 - $19.35 per hour
