Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Pay Rate: $18/hr ($19/hr if bilingual)

Location: Westfield, IN

About the Role

We're hiring a Shipping Clerk to support shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you'll prepare shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with multiple departments, and help ensure materials are shipped and received safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

Stage, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
Verify outgoing shipments by comparing contents to packing lists and shipping documents
Prepare shipments by coordinating orders and documentation across multiple departments
Receive, organize, and maintain inventory records
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Report damaged, missing, or delayed shipments to the Manufacturing Manager
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Identify opportunities to improve shipping and warehouse processes
Complete additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

English proficiency required
Customer-facing experience required
Basic computer skills required
High school diploma or GED required
Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Forklift experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic math and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
