Description

• Conduct assessments in either inpatient or outpatient settings and tailor treatment plans according to individual needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate with a team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes
• Inform patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercises
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress aligning with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure synchronized care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
