Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Stepdown Unit for a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while rotating through day and night shifts as necessary. This position includes potential floating to other units based on patient care needs. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in a Stepdown environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care delivery. Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with coordinated discharge planning and patient education. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in a Stepdown or equivalent nursing specialty. Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license required at the time of submission. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be in hand upon submission.
