Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AR Collections Specialist to support their team in Glenwood, IL. This role is a great opportunity to join a high-volume, dynamic environment, initially covering a medical leave with the potential to convert to full-time. Responsibilities

• Manage account receivables and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments
• Use strong email communication skills to correspond effectively with customers and resolve billing issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to reconcile accounts and update payment statuses
• Prioritize collections activities and escalate accounts as necessary to ensure resolution
• Document collection efforts thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the system

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with collections, accounts receivable, or related fields
• Strong email communication skills and customer relationship abilities
• Entry-level candidates with prior relevant experience are encouraged to apply
