Apply today!As a Front Office Specialist, you will engage directly with our patients and be the face of our business. You will ensure an exceptional patient experience by performing a wide variety of complex administrative tasks to support patient care delivery. You will be able to use your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment where you'll never have the same day twice!Duties and responsibilities:Working at the reception desk, answering phones, and greeting and communicating with patients, clinical staff, and Providers.Checking in patients and properly documenting registration.Verifying insurance and other pertinent patient information.Collecting co-pays and payments from patients.Entering charges and payments into the software system.Other duties as assigned.Other duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
