• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build strong relationships with clients and help protect what matters most to them
• Learn sales, business development, and client management skills from experienced agency professionals
• Manage renewals and ongoing customer relationships
• Work toward building your own book of business
• Complete insurance licensing with study materials and support provided

• 3-5k Monthly Base Pay + Uncapped Commission*** Monthly OTE = $10,000 or More
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives

Requirements

• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
• Self-starters who want long-term growth and income potential
• Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Must live in or be able to commute to the Denver Metro area
