About the Role:

As a Caregiver Care Partner Resident Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live with purpose each day. You will provide whole-person support, including physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect. You will also observe and report changes, document per policy, and uphold infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement
• Observe and report changes; document per policy
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities

Skills & Attributes:

• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Clear communication; problem-solving
• Adaptability; teamwork; willingness to learn
• Interest in dementia-support techniques

Relatable Experience:

• Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles
• Hospitality/healthcare/customer service

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
